Sandwich suggestions that are shortlisted will be showcased outside the Birley Sreet premises and the designer of the winning sandwich will win a weekend stay in Bowness-on-Windermere in the beautiful Lake District. The winning sandwich will also be incorporated into Barista’s new deli sandwich range.
The sandwich can be hot or cold and the tastiest, most innovative suggestions will be short listed for inclusion at the Birley Street ‘Taste-Off’.
Your sandwich idea can be posted on Barista Blackpool’s Facebook page, emailed to baristablackpool@yahoo.co.uk or sent to Barista, 24 Birley Street, Blackpool, FY1 1DU (don’t forget to include your name and address). The closing date for entries is Monday 8 April 2013. The creators of the shortlisted sandwiches will be notified in writing or by email within seven days of the closing date.
