Three Acres and A Cow

Radical history show Three Acres And A Cow connects the Norman Conquest and Peasants’ Revolt to contemporary issues via the Enclosures and Industrial Revolution, drawing a compelling narrative through the people’s history of England in folk song, story and poem. Performed by Stroud-based folk singer Katherine Hallewell and musician and historian Robin Grey, it’s part TED talk, history lecture, folk sing-along, and poetry slam.

Poulton-Le-Fylde Community Hall, FY6 7BE, 18 Sept, 7pm. Tickets here.
