Blackpool Sculptures with Lisa Kenney

Date: 12 Aug 2023
Location: Aunty Social, 28 Topping St
art | crafts | heritage

Using the Blackpool HAZ area as inspiration, animation director Lisa Kenny will guide you as you recreate your favourite aspects of Blackpoolโ€™s landmarks or lesser-known monuments over a cup of tea and a conversation about our historic town centre.ย At the end of the session, you will have your very own plasticine sculpture to show off โ€“ which will come together to form our own tiny town for display, or can be taken home individually and displayed proudly at home.ย All materials will be provided, and photo references are available for anybody who would like to use them.

There are two workshops, at 11am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-3pm.
