Sherlock Holmes

A thrilling shadow shall be cast across the Grand Theatre this autumn with the arrival of a chilling drama – Sherlock Holmes and the Ripper Murders. The world-famous detective will take on a case like never before along with his trusted sidekick Dr Watson, both being challenged by their darkest mystery yet. However, the serial killings of prostitutes and women in a state of vulnerability isn’t the only thing being investigated. Unintentionally, Holmes is drawn into a world of conspiracy at the top of the establishment, driven by free masonry riddling the cobbled streets of 1888 Whitechapel.

Written by Brian Clemens, the English screenwriter most famous for his work on The Avengers, this play will not fail to thrill and intrigue audiences with the appearance of Britain’s most loved detective. This is a must see for both Sherlock Holmes and crime fanatics- lovers of the BBC series Sherlock may also find this particularly enjoyable.

Promising to be both thought-provoking and unlike any other Holmes play yet, this production seems to be one not to be missed. Playing from Tuesday 3rd November to Saturday 7th, tickets will cost between £16 and £20 during evening showings and £14 to see a Matinee performance. A £2 off availability remains open to Concessions which is a great advantage, as well as the first 50 under 26 year olds to buy weekday tickets receiving them at just £12.50. The Grand also offers an opening night offer: 2 for 1 on top price tickets. All of these brilliant offers should tempt audiences even more to what is predicted to be an excellent show.
