The Grand Theatre Locals’ Discount Offer

Blackpool Grand Theatre is treating its locals to a very special discount offer for the two family friendly summer specials, Ooh La La and Step Back In Time.

All too often, locals miss out on Blackpool’s seasonal offerings by dismissing them as tourist attractions, but this year as a part of their local and regional audience development plan, The Grand Theatre is inviting local residents to sample these seasonal treats with a buy one, get one half price offer.  All shows between now and Saturday 7th September 2013 are available as a part of this deal.  All residents need to qualify is to live within the FY or PR postcode areas.

Both of this summer’s seasonal shows have been created and produced by the internally acclaimed Bor Productions and have been choreographed by Nathan Clarke, the Associate Director of the London 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony.  He has also choreographed for the likes of Take That, Leona Lewis, Pixie Lott, Alicia Dixon, Alexandra Burke and Elton John.

The first show is the burlesque sensation Ooh La La, Ooh La La is described as ‘a seductive French burlesque revue show that brings you the very best in Parisian style entertainment’ and showcases award winning acts such as juggler Romano Frediani, All-Star dancers and lavish costumes from around the world.

The second show Step Back in Time is hosted by and stars Blackpool favorites’ and comic legends Cannon & Ball. Step Back in Time is a fast-paced show which highlights music from Elvis, Queen, the Bee Gees and Michael Jackson and features a variety of performers such as songstress Katie Shepherd, aerial contortionist Shaevawn Dana and hand balancing acrobatics from David Horvath.

To claim your buy one, get one half price offer for any show, simply take a utility bill with your FY or PR postcode into the theatre when booking.
