FYCreatives, The Lucky Jotter and Supercollider have come together again to bring you the latest exhibition to hit Blackpool’s streets. The highly successful curatorship of Joseph Pegler, Garth Gatrix and Tom Ireland continues at FYC Gallery with the opening of ‘Pseudo’, a slightly darker exhibition by photographer Wayne Daniel.

Daniel has created physical fusions of animals and through the analogue camera darkroom the macabre archive of the fictional Dr Walter Verbogden, a collection of dissected hybrid animals and reams of typed notes takes us on a disjointed journey to unknown territory. The use of a classical typewriter that viewers are encouraged to use during the show reinforces Daniel’s ‘non-digital’ aesthetic and will turn the dimly lit for the show FYC Gallery into a audio showpiece.

Come along to the FYC to experience the darker side of the arts.

Pseudo runs from the 6th to the 30th September at FYCreatives Gallery, Church Street. Private view 5th September 6-8pm. For more information visit the Facebook event, like FYCreatives on Facebook or follow them on Twitter: @FYCreatives.
