Avenue Q heads to Blackpool Grand Theatre

Avenue Q

Looking for a musical that is a bit different? Well look no further.  The Grand Theatre has announced that the award winning Avenue Q is coming to Blackpool in July 2014.

For those of you who haven’t come across this puppeteering phenomenon, let me explain. The show follows the story of college graduate Princeton who moves into a tired looking New York apartment on Avenue Q as he tries to find his place in the world.

With a cast of colourful characters including girl next door Kate, internet sexpert Trekkie, Republican Rod and Lucy The Slut, be prepared to go on a musical journey which will have you chuckling from start to finish, while the songs will be stuck in your head for days and weeks to come.

Make sure you don’t miss this chance to see Avenue Q right here in Blackpool this summer!

Avenue Q comes to the Grand Theatre 1 July to 5 July 2014 and is suitable for audiences aged 14 or over. For more information or to book your ticket visit blackpoolgrand.co.uk or call 01253 743338.
