This year’s Hair and Beauty North West took place on 16 and 17 March at the Winter Gardens. Over 7,000 hair and beauty professionals and students took part in the weekend’s events at what is the longest-running hair and beauty event in the region. Altblackpool’s Jay Clapp was in attendance to shoot the extraordinary, extravagant and cutting edge peacocking on display.
