There’s no place like home! Join artist Sarah Buckett in this paper collage workshop celebrating the Blackpool we each know and love through a series of handmade postcards using chopped up magazines and hand decorated papers. At the end of the session, you will have a truly original piece of art you can then frame and hang at home (or send to someone you wish was here!) All materials provided. This workshop is suitable for families with children aged 7 and up. Young people under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is part of ‘Handmade High Street’, a series of creative workshops organised by Blackpool Heritage Action Zone (Blackpool HAZ). There are two workshops on the day.
