So the question is does it or doesn’t it?
Does ‘Cafe Society’ have a place in Blackpool? Is it already here?
Cafe Dolce has an outside and an inside area. Which do you prefer?
Is it about weather or is it about the company, the conversation or the blend.
Ah the blend! Maybe you haven’t even noticed the blend or should I say blandness of the voices around you as you sit and wait for your number to get that hot accessory or bowl of soup or cheesecake depending on which diet you are on at that particular time. Or does the diet start tomorrow?
Upstairs is the place where not only can you spy on the scurrying others as you sit but you can take in art work changing every month. Hey, hang on a minute, this is starting to look and sound much more interesting and the voices do not echo with colours, shoes, goal-keepers and the off-side rule.
Barista has an outside area with massive arches – is this Paris or London?….And music al fresco, or if you prefer ‘all freezing’, in winter. Art again but are we are talking coffee blend, juggling staff, or the narrowness of a New York coffee emporium? Just the ticket.
A Costello is on the block, not Elvis but it is Costello’s… Cedar Square has Al Fresco a plenty, how dare they – outside areas, takeaway coffee and food, crikey!
‘I don’t believe it.’
An Art Deco Cafe has been discovered in the beautiful Winter Gardens complex… The design is so inspiring. Well just the job – business meetings, talking, laughing…..
Wait a minute, I am about to give the game away…
Yes.
It is happening.
Cafe Society is in Blackpool.
Who’d have thought it….
Writers, artists, poets and creative folks beware as it is growing. Don’t get left behind. Get in while you can, pretty soon the only empty seats will be in the loo.
