Spooky fun at your local library this half term

Spooky fun for all the family is coming your way via Blackpool Library Service. Your local library is hosting many activities over October half tem including Halloween craft workshops, quizzes, fancy dress and Zoolab spooky animal handling. Many events are free, with no need to book. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Events are on at the following libraries:

Moor Park Library

Tuesday 29 Oct 10am – Spooky Party (for ages 5-10) storytelling, crafts and games. Free.

Wed 29 Oct 10am – Spooky Party (Under 5’s) storytelling, crafts and games. Free.

Sat 2 Nov 1-2pm – Zoolab Spooky Animal Handling. Free.

Central Library

Thu 31 Oct 1-3.30pm. Family Learning Workshop – Spooky spider crafts, wizard and witches hats, and a haunted house. Free.

Palatine Library

Thu 31 Oct 10-11.30am. Family Learning Workshop – Spooky spider crafts, wizard and witches hats, and a haunted house. Free. Very few places left. Please ring 478050 to book.

Sat 2 Nov 10.30-11.30am – Zoolab Spooky Animal Handling. Free.

Layton Library

Spooky colouring in competition. Prize for the best entry. Pick up your colouring sheet from Layton Library all week.

Boundary Library

Wed 30 Oct 4-5pm. Spooky Party (Under 13’s) Fancy dress competition, quiz, crafts. Free.
